Everyone Needs a Reason WHY.
I pursued personal training in my 20s, because I had a hunch: that overcoming the limits of my body and gaining control of it could translate into other areas of my life and offer empowerment.
My hunch turned out to be correct. This was phase 1 of my healing journey. Getting fit increased my confidence, my ambition, and strengthened my mind and emotions. It also helped me learn how to be humble, and was a doorway to an extensive educational journey of holistic empowerment in the nutritional wasteland that was my world at the time.
In 2011, I had a spiritual awakening that could be described as a series of “paranormal” events and an intense journey that ignited my path into energy work, starting with my mother, who survived a stroke the following week. My world exploded into neighbouring dimensions so i decided to get licensed as a massage therapist, as a way to distribute healing “undercover”. I also started a rigorous daily meditation practice that led to breakthrough after breakthrough, especially during retreats which I do plan to facilitate in the near future.
I proceeded to do both training and massage/energy healing for many years and I have had the most incredible experiences with the most enjoyable people doing this work. And that became my biggest reason why: My relationships with my clients. Coming through for them gives me purpose and I am very motivated to make their day to the best of my ability. But i can’t take credit for their success.. because at the end of the day, my clients are the ones who accept the truth of their healing, who lose the weight, who build that bubble butt and those amazing abs, who relax enough to receive, who show up with consistency and learn life skills with permanent benefit.
I believe in contribution. I believe my life can make a difference if I stay focused on the evolution of humanity, as I believe we can overcome the limits of our worlds current design. There is a movement of awakening that blooms from within our very consciousness and it’s accessible to each person once they are ready. I personally understand this readiness and am waiting for you at the entrance.
Sincerely, Anna
